ILOILO City – A fisherman drowned while fishing in the waters of Barangay Lawis, Balasan, Iloilo.
The body of Nieto Casabuena, 45, was found by residents around 6 a.m. on Tuesday, a police report showed.
He was last seen leaving his house around 5 p.m. on Monday to check his fishnets./PN
