BACOLOD City – A fisherman drowned on Thursday in Purok Road Side, Barangay Punta Salong, Manapla, Negros Occidental.
Forty-one-year-old Aser Barrios was a resident of the village.
According to the police, the victim was fishing with his companions around 3 a.m.
They rushed Barrios to the hospital but the attending physician declared him dead on arrival./PN
