ROXAS City – A 28-year-old man was found dead hanging from the ceiling of his house’s kitchen in Barangay Marita, President Roxas, Capiz.
The President Roxas municipal police station declined to identify the man but said he was a fishpond caretaker.
A certain Richard Belosillo discovered the body, police said, and took the man to Bailan District Hospital.
Doctors declared the man “dead on arrival”.
The police investigation is ongoing./PN
