BACOLOD City – A caretaker was found dead in the fishpond where he was working.
Seventy-year-old Jose Solitario was a resident of Barangay Punao, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Residents found him around 6 a.m. on Sept. 21.
Police ruled out foul play.
Solitario reportedly had hypertension./PN
