BACOLOD City – Charged with attempted and frustrated murder, a man was arrested in Barangay Sum-ag.
Habal-habal driver Mariano Baylosis Jr., 29, was a resident of Barangay General Luna, Toboso, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Armed with warrant of arrests, operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Bacolod and the Toboso police force staged Baylosis’ apprehension around 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 22.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of Toboso police station.
The court set the bail bond for his attempted murder case at 120,000 and frustrated murder at P200,000./PN
