ILOILO City – Accused of committing frustrated homicide, a man was arrested in Barangay Sulangan, Dumangas, Iloilo.
Rey Descaya, a resident of the village, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 7:30 p.m. on April 19, a police report showed.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Dumangas police station.
A P72,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
