BACOLOD City – A fugitive was arrested in Barangay Guimbalaon, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Elmer Latoza faces frustrated homicide charges, police said.
He was caught around 1 p.m. on Oct. 4.
The court recommended a P24,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty. He was detained at the police station./PN
