ILOILO City – Wanted for a frustrated homicide charge, Gerald Oberio was detained in the police station of Alimodian, Iloilo.
The 23-year-old resident of Barangay Bulod, Alimodian was arrested in their village, a police report showed.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest on Saturday.
