ILOILO City – A wanted man hiding for 13 years was finally arrested in Barangay Banica, Roxas City yesterday.
The police caught 36-year-old Eldy Borres of Barangay Agojo, Panay, Capiz around 9 a.m. through an arrest warrant issued by Judge Edward Contreras of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 17.
Borres was charged with frustrated homicide by a resident of Barangay Agojo./PN
