ROXAS City – A man wanted for frustrated homicide was arrested in Pueblo de Panay, Barangay Lawaan in this city on May 29.
Alias “Boy,” 36, and a resident of the city, was caught by officers of the Roxas City Police Station through the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Faustino V. Roxas Jr. of the Regional Trial Court, Sixth Judicial Region – Branch 18 in Roxas City dated May 20, 2024.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Francisco D. Paguia, chief of Roxas City Police Station, said a P72,000 bail bond was recommended for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
The suspect was detained at the Roxas City Police Station pending turnover to the court of origin for further legal proceedings./PN
