BACOLOD City – Charged with two counts of frustrated murder, a 31-year-old man was arrested in Barangay Zone 12, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Francis Baja of Barangay Vito, Sagay City, Negros Occidental was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 10:40 a.m. on May 3, a police report showed.
Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 73 in Sagay City issued the arrest warrant on April 21, 2021.
The suspect – the No. 8 most wanted person in Sagay City – was detained in the lockup cell of the police station.
A P200,000 bail bond for each count of the rape charge was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
