BACOLOD City – A father and his son were arrested in Purok Luyan, Barangay Luna, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental on Thursday.
Rene Encarnacion, 56, and son Rene Boy, 29, were charged with frustrated murder, a police report showed.
They were caught on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Renato Muñez of Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 (Cadiz City).
The court did not specify the bail bond for the temporary liberty of the suspects who were detained at the Cadiz City police station./PN
