BACOLOD City – Charged with frustrated murder, a man was arrested on Broce Street in Barangay 2, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
John Madison Boter, 30, was a resident of Barangay 5, San Carlos City, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:40 p.m. on Nov. 29.
Boter was detained in the lockup cell of the San Carlos City police station.
A P24,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
