BACOLOD City – Charged with frustrated homicide, a retired police officer was arrested in Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
He was identified as Pablito Atunducan, 58, of Barangay Hacienda Fe, Escalante City, a police report showed.
Atunducan was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Friday, the report added. The was detained in the lockup cell of the Escalante City police station, facing charges./PN
