FOLLOWING a round of hikes, fuel pump prices are expected to have mixed movements this week.
In its fuel price forecast for the April 18 to 24 trading week, Unioil Petroleum Philippines said the price per liter of diesel may go down by P0.30 to P0.40.
Gasoline, meanwhile, may have no price change to a rollback of P0.10 per liter.
Oil companies usually announce price adjustments every Monday, to be implemented on the following day.
Effective Tuesday, April 11, fuel firms implemented a per-liter increase of P2.60 for gasoline, P1.70 for diesel, and P1.90 for kerosene.
The latest price adjustments resulted in a year-to-date net decrease for diesel at P1.95 per liter and kerosene at P3.45 per liter.
Gasoline, on the other hand, has a net increase of P8.65 per liter. (GMA Integrated News)
