Fuel prices up anew this next week

MANILA – Motorists will be greeted with another round of increase in the pump prices of petroleum products this coming week, independent player Unioil Petroleum Philippines said Saturday.

In its weekend fuel price forecast, Unioil said the price per liter of diesel is expected to go up by P0.50 to P0.60, while gasoline price will jump by P0.40 to P0.50 per liter.

Local oil companies usually implement fuel price adjustments every Tuesday of the week.

Latest data from the Department of Energy showed diesel prices range from P39.74 to P44.84 per liter, while gasoline prices range from P46.74 to P55.46 per liter. (GMA News)
