ILOILO City – After 13 years of hiding, a man charged with frustrated homicide was finally arrested on Dorillo Street, Passi City, Iloilo.
Rian Palcis, 35, a resident of the city’s Barangay Agtabo, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on March 4.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the Passi City police station.
A P12,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
