ILOILO City – After eight years of searching, police finally arrested the No. 7 wanted person in Leyte.
The 43-year-old Pol Delbert Catolico – now a resident of Barangay Poblacion B., Dueñas, Iloilo – was formerly residing in Barangay Libtong, San Miguel, Leyte.
He was charged with three counts of rape, a police report showed.
Catolico was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant in his residence in Dueñas around 11:30 a.m. on April 3.
He was brought to the Dueñas police station.
A P280,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
