Gasoline prices up, diesel and kerosene down today

MANILA – Pump prices of gasoline will be increased for the fourth consecutive week today, Tuesday, while those of diesel and kerosene will be rolled back.

In an advisory, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. said it will hike the prices per liter of gasoline by P0.10, while it will cut diesel by P0.10 and kerosene by P0.35

Eastern Petroleum Corp. and Petro Gazz will implement similar changes, excluding kerosene which they do not carry.

The changes will take effect 6 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5. Other firms have yet to announce any adjustments as of posting time.

According to the latest data available from the Department of Energy (DOE), gasoline prices in the country currently range from P45.14 to P60.79, diesel from P41.50 to P50.33, and kerosene from P45.25 to P53.93. (GMA News)
