KALIBO, Aklan – A 15-year-old girl claimed two 17-year-old boys raped her in Libacao, Aklan.
The Grade 11 student said she was drunk when her two drinking companions raped her on Sept. 14 after a barangay benefit dance. But the incident was only reported on Oct. 9, police said.
Libacao municipal police station acting chief Captain Jose Marlon Murallo said the victim narrated her ordeal to her mother, who lodged the complaint to the authorities.
“Nangyari ito habang nag-inuman ang biktima at ang mga lalaki sa isang bahay. Pagkatapos nito, binalewala ng biktima ang nangyari dahil sa takot sa kanyang pamilya at wala itong lakas ng loob na magsumbong,” he added.
Murallo said no arrest against the two minor suspects have yet been made.(With a report from Akean Forum/PN)
