CAPIZ – The four-year-old girl was found dead in a creek in Sitio Agbatang, Barangay Cudian, Ivisan, at around 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2.
According to Barangay Kagawad Jonathan Arabia, the girl’s parents alerted the barangay council on Friday afternoon that their child was missing.
The parents said they had fallen asleep and did not notice the child leaving home.
A search operation was immediately launched by the Ivisan police, the Bureau of Fire Protection, and barangay officials.
The dead girl was found approximately 80 meters away from their home./PN
