ILOILO City – A man was arrested in a house raid that led to the recovery of his unlicensed gun in Barangay Bantud, Tigbauan, Iloilo, a police report showed.
Officers of the Tigbauan police station served Joven Bagaan with a search warrant around 6 a.m. on Tuesday.
Recovered from his house were a.45-caliber pistol, two magazines and several bullets kept inside a sling bag, the report stated.
Bagaan was detained in the Tigbauan police station lockup facility.
He was charged for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearm and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
