BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man for illegal possession of firearm in Barangay 2, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
He was 27-year-old Ruel Celiz of Barangay Buluangan, San Carlos City, a police report showed.
Celiz was caught carrying a .38-caliber revolver with three live bullets without pertinent documents on Thursday, the report added.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the San Carlos City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
