BACOLOD City – A .38 revolver and 10 grams of suspected shabu were recovered from two men in a buy-bust operation of the Bacolod City Police Office’s Police Station 8.
The suspects were Jessie Banares, 50, of Barangay Singcang-Airport and Ramonsito Dela Cruz, 41, of Barangay Sum-ag. They were taken to Police Station 8.
The buy-bust was carried out at about 1:40 a.m. on April 10, in Barangay Singcang-Airport.
The confiscated suspected shabu was valued at P68,000.
Charges for illegal possession of firearm and violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the two men./PN
