ILOILO City – Old grudge was seen as motive in a hacking incident in Barangay San Antonio, San Miguel, Iloilo.
Monday’s hacking sent the 37-year-old Ronel Braza to the Aleosan District Hospital in nearby Alimodian town.
Braza, a resident of Barangay San Antonio, sustained hack wounds on the left thigh and hands, police said.
The suspect was identified as 31-year-old Barangay San Antonio resident Ramon Rosales.
Rosales, a relative of Braza, was arrested after the incident that happened around 8 a.m. on June 10.
Braza was walking on his way home when Rosales allegedly attacked him.
Rosales was arrested and detained in the lockup facility of the San Miguel police station./PN
