HEART Evangelista asserted that she only underwent lip enhancement and that the rest of her face is “all real,” even saying that she would visit a doctor and have her face checked to prove she’s telling the truth.
The actress-fashion personality said this after one of her staff showed an old photo of her from a teen magazine, as seen in the video shared on Evangelista’s Instagram page on Tuesday, Jan. 21.
“Lips lang ‘yung naiba. Lips lang ‘yung pinagawa ko,” Evangelista said, laughing.
“It’s true. I’m just saying the truth. If you don’t accept, well, wait for judgment day,” she continued. “Because this is all real except that (pointing at her lips).”
Evangelista then expressed her intent to prove herself to those who still doubt her statement.
“Ayaw nila maniwala sa akin,” she added. “Alam mo, one of these days, pupunta talaga ako sa doctor. Magpapa-xray ako — I don’t know how they can prove.”
“Hindi talaga. Mamatay man, seryoso. Ito lang talaga (pointing at her lips again),” she stressed.
This is not the first time Evangelista got candid about undergoing lip enhancement. In 2024, she revealed that she once had her lip fillers done by a close friend who did not have the license to do such a procedure.
