HEART Evangelista is set to star in an international movie.
The actress and fashion icon shared via Instagram Stories that she will be starring in a film titled “Infamous 6” which is set to be released soon.
A sneak peek of Heart’s upcoming movie was showed to the public during the Toycon 2024 held at the SMX Manila.
According to the movie’s IMDB, she will play the role of Mei.
Aside from Heart, the movie stars Lorena Andrea, Armand Assante, Jemma Dallender, and Alana Boden, among others. The film is directed by Anthony Hickox.
Fans online were quick to express their excitement about the film.
“Wow wow wow…proudest avid fan here and excited!!!” one fan commented.
“Omggggggg! Can’t wait for this, pang international na talaga ang missy ko,” another fan wrote.
Aside from her upcoming movie, Heart marked another milestone this year as she recently took oath as the president of Senate Spouses Foundation.
“I am so honored to stand before everyone of you today as the new President of the Senate Spouses Foundation Inc. As I stand side by side with these men and women – my fellow spouses and officials who were involved in SSFI long before me, I could not help but be grateful for welcoming and supporting me in this challenging journey ahead,” she wrote on her Instagram page following her oath taking on June 5.
She added: “As I have said during our very first meeting, l am ready to honor the challenge of working together to find ways to uplift our people and our communities.”
Heart vowed that she will continue championing the previous works of her predecessors.
“The legacies left by all the ladies before me, a treasure of stories and testaments of service to the nation is something that encourages me to continue what they have started – to make a difference and to inspire not only SSFl members but also individuals and groups who have the power to do something in improving the lives of people around us,” she stated.
