BACOLOD City – Two persons were arrested for allegedly stealing car batteries and cellphones from a construction supply business in Barangay Salvacion, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
They were the 19-year-old July Canillo of Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental and 39-year-old Jecel Gemino of Sagay City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Canillo and Gemino are working as helpers in the Nikki Barros Construction Supply.
Business owner Evangeline Semillano, 46, reported to the municipal police on April 15 that the helpers stole the items worth some P11,400.
