BACOLOD City – Police arrested a “high-value” drug suspect in a sting operation in Barangay Villamonte.
He was identified as 23-year-old resident Sharnon Quimco, police said.
Eight sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P60,000 were recovered from Quimco’s possession, the police added.
Quimco was caught after he allegedly sold illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P500 on Tuesday.
He was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 4, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
