BACOLOD City – He was listed as the No. 3 most wanted drug target in the police station of Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The 39-year-old Eleazar Manguilimutan was nabbed after he sold suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P500 in Saromar Subdivision, Poblacion 1, Sagay City, a police report showed.
Eleven sachets of suspected illegal drugs worth P10,000 were seized from the “high-value” suspect at around 7:20 p.m. on Saturday, the report added.
Manguilimutan was detained in the custodial facility of the Sagay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
