ILOILO City – A high-value target was arrested in an antidrug operation of the police in Barangay Madrangca, San Jose Antique.
Rey Dante Dingcong, 35, was detained at the municipality’s police station on Dec. 31, 2016.
According to the police, Dingcong pushed shabu not only in San Jose but also in nearby municipalities.
The buy-bust operation was staged around 1:30 a.m. An undercover police officer bought from the suspect a sachet of shabu.
Two more sachets were recovered from Dingcong.
The suspect faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
