BACOLOD CITY – Police arrested a “high-value” target in a drug sting operation in Barangay 3, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Three sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P72,000 were recovered from resident John Stephen Aguirre, a police report showed.
Aguirre was caught after he sold suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P1,000 around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, it added.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the Kabankalan City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
