BACOLOD City – A “high-value” drug suspect was arrested in a sting operation in Barangay Cabanbanan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Two sachets of suspected shabu valued around P4,000 were seized from 34-year-old resident Jeluis Paurillo, a police report showed.
Paurillo was nabbed after he sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover cop for P1,000 around 2:20 p.m. on Wednesday, the report added.
He was also tagged as an alleged member of the Bugalon drug group.
The suspect was detained in the Himamaylan City police station’s lockup facility, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
