BACOLOD City – A “high-value” drug suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Purok Tinago, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Four sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P12,000 were recovered from the suspect who was only identified as a certain “Langlang Esclares,” a police report showed.
He was nabbed after he allegedly sold illegal drugs to an undercover officer around 7 p.m. on May 23.
When frisked, Esclares yielded two more sachets of dried marijuana leaves.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Cadiz City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
