BACOLOD City – Police arrested a “high-value” drug suspect in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 12.
The 37-year-old Rommel Sua yielded twelve sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P27,000, a police report showed.
His alleged cohort – 27-year-old Noli Mabasa – was also nabbed, it added.
Mabasa and Sua were caught after they allegedly sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P300 on May 19.
They were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 1, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
