BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Payao, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental.
Aahron Paul Serato, 20, was a resident of Barangay Cabadiangan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
He was caught around 3:10 p.m. on Sept. 20.
Judge Maria Corazon S. Vergara-Naraja of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 47 (Ormoc City, Leyte) recommended no bail bond for Serato’s temporary liberty.
He was detained at the Binalbagan police station./PN
