BACOLOD City – The No. 8 most wanted person in Himamaylan City was arrested 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Purok 5 in Barangay 1, Poblacion, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental for robbery.
Chief Inspector Antonio Benitez, Jr., Himamaylan police head, identified the suspect as John Kevin Prado Lobrico, 25, of Purok Dub-dub in Barangay Libacao, Himamaylan City.
The Himamaylan City police, together with Pontevedra police under Senior Inspector Rhojn Darell Nigos, Pontevdra police head, arrested the suspect.
The suspect, who had been at-large for five years, was arrested by the strength of the warrant issued by Judge Nilo Sarsaba of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City, dated Jan. 29, 2013.
The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
