BACOLOD City – A man was shot to death in Barangay Pilar, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.
The 60-year-old Mariano Salazar of Barangay 1, Hinigaran immediately died of gunshot wounds on the body, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, Salazar was riding his motorcycle on his way home when two motorcycle-riding gunmen fired at him twice around 5:45 p.m. on May 2.
Officers of the Hinigaran municipal police station have yet to identify the suspects and the motive in the shooting./PN
