BACOLOD City – A vehicular accident along the national road in Barangay Miranda, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental left four residents dead.
The casualties were Sangguniang Kabataan councilman Kent Toledo, Simeon Noblezada, Meldy Capillo, and Dena Espinosa, a police report showed.
The road mishap happened around 3:20 p.m. on Sept. 9.
According to the police, the victims were onboard a tricycle driven by Noblezada when they crashed against a pickup vehicle running the opposite direction.
The pickup driver, Christopher Antiqueno of Barangay Granada in this city, was detained at the Hinigaran police station. Charges for reckless imprudence resulting to multiple homicide are being prepared to file against him./PN
