Hino Panay opens bigger, better home in Iloilo City

HINO PANAY has finally found its home. With the aim to help transform the transportation industry not only in Panay Island but also in the whole Western Visayas, Hino Panay opened its much-awaited showroom on C1 Road in Barangay Buhang, Jaro Iloilo City on May 22, 2024.

The grand opening was led by Hino Panay president Gen Aguillon-Chiong, together with Hino Motors Asia Limited president Toru Matsukawa and Hino Motors Philippines Corporations president Shingo Sakal. Also present were F&E Group’s Chairman of the Board Filamie S. Aguillon and Chief Finance Officer and Board of Director Emmanuel S. Aguillon.

Touted as bigger and better, Hino Panay’s new showroom can cater more display units with its much bigger stockyard capacity. It has indeed gone a long way from renting a 700-square meter area in downtown Iloilo City to now owning a 4,000-square meter property of F&E.

The showroom has a spacious display area for a maximum of five trucks, negotiation area, customer and drivers’ lounge, and spacious employee facility that would surely uplift the comfort and welfare of the customers and Hino Panay partners.

It is now ready to provide services and total support through its trusted quality and reliable services to every transportation needs of the motorists and businesses in the region.

The service workshop has a total of six bays and fully installed with the state-of-the-art Sunshine automotive equipment that can cater all types of trucks and buses.

Its brand new movable 30 toner capacity heavy-duty Sunshine Truck lifter is the first in the region that assures job efficiency and safety of service technicians.

The facility also has installed Sunshine truck lifters, truck tire changer & truck tire balancer dedicated to every kind of unit repair of Hino and other brands. The dedicated Painting & Body Repair rooms surely make it a one-stop-service workshop to its aftersales customers. Additionally, the new building has a clinic in case accident may happen in the facility, as well as a driver’s area.

“This facility will help us grow much further… This may level up the competitive edge of Hino Panay here in the region,” said Gerald Vagilidad, sales manager of Hino Panay.

Aguillon-Chiong added: “Rest assured that F&E and Hino Panay will be here and will continue servicing the transport needs of Iloilo City now and beyond.”

The Hino Panay president also assured an enhanced experience with the new facility. Hino Panay, she said, will offer a different buying experience for truck seekers and bus buyers.

She was also happy to announce that big parts warehouse will cater PMS parts readily available and accepts payments thru GCash, Paymaya, and credit cards.

“Hino Panay is here to support the transportation needs not just of private companies… If you have seen, of course we have delivered for the public… I mean for the PUVs here in Iloilo City and beyond,” the Hino Panay president added.
