ILOILO City – Police seized a homemade firearm from a man in Barangay San Andres, San Rafael, Iloilo.
The 35-year-old Leovhie Christopher Diaz of Barangay Anoring, Sara town was arrested.
Diaz faces charges for violation of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
Officers caught him in possession of a .9mm revolver with four live cartridges and a fired cartridge in its cylinder at around 10:15 p.m. on Tuesday a police report showed.
The San Rafael police took Diaz and the recovered items in custody./PN
