BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man charged with homicide in Barangay Talaban, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
He was 28-year-old Ben DeI Cagbaleño of Barangay Talaban, Himamaylan City, a police report showed.
Cagbaleño was caught around 12:40 p.m. on Sept. 16 on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City dated Aug. 17, 2020., the report added.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Himamaylan City police station ./PN
