BACOLOD City – A man accused of homicide was arrested on Thursday in Sitio Hingles, Barangay San Francisco, Sta. Catalina, Negros Oriental.
Herminio Quinilitan was served with an arrest warrant issued by Judge Roderick Maxno of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 63 of Bayawan City, Negros Oriental.
The court recommends a bail bond of P40,000 for his temporary liberty.
Quinilitan was taken to the Sta. Catalina police station lockup cell./PN
