BACOLOD City – A house caretaker was found dead inside his room at Sta. Clara Subdivision in Barangay Banago, police said.
The 40-year-old Fernando Ariaden of Barangay Rizal, Sagay City, Negros Occidental was believed to have died a natural death.
He did not have wounds or have shown any signs of struggle, according to investigators.
Ariaden’s body was found around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Nimfa Espinosa, president of a homeowners’ association at the subdivision, was the one who reported the incident to the police./PN
