* powerbank (P4,500)
* P10,000 cash
* 100 British pounds, and
* 250 Canadian dollars.
The Pototan police believed there were at least two robbers.
They entered the house through the unlocked sliding door on the second floor, initial police investigation showed.
“The culprits seemed to know where the items were kept – at the second floor room of Velasco’s daughter,” said Senior Inspector Bonifacio Alabe, Pototan police chief.
All 10 household members – including Velasco’s daughter – and two visitors who spent the night at the Velasco house were asleep and not one felt the intruders, he added./PN
