ILOILO City – Police arrested a man who owns improvised firearms and ammunition in Barangay Bungsuan, Dumarao, Capiz.
Ramil Fuscablo, a resident of the village, was caught after the police raided his house on the strength of a search warrant around 8:45 a.m. on May 8.
The warrant was issued by Judge Ignacio Alajar of the Regional Trial Court Branch 18 in Roxas City.
Recovered from Fuscablo were a .45-caliber pistol, a 12-gauge shotgun, magazines, and bullets, police said.
Fuscablo was detained in the Dumarao police station custodial facility.
He was facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
