ILOILO City – He was found dead in Barangay Dumga, Makato, Aklan.
Fifty-six-year-old Alexander Tugnao was discovered dead inside his house by his sister Lolina Paut on Monday, a police report showed.
According to investigation, Tugnao was drunk and suffering from an illness.
Officers of the Makato police station ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
