ILOILO – A husband stabbed his wife who expressed the desire to leave him in Barangay Alibonan, Calinog, Iloilo.
Roberto Bautista, 43, was taken to the Calinog police station.
The stabbing happened at around 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 15.
The wife, Lilibeth, sustained a wound on both of her hands while her brother Roel, 38, got wounded on a right thigh.
The two were brought to the Dr. Ricardo S Provido Sr. Memorial District Hospital.
According to Police Staff Sergeant Joven Aldabon, Roberto appeared drunk that night./PN
