KALIBO, Aklan – He was listed as the No. 4 most wanted person in the municipal police station of Ibajay, Aklan.
Gilbert Tumbagahan was caught around 10:30 a.m. on Friday on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Sheila Martelino-Cortes issued on July 23, 2010, a police report showed.
Tumbagahan faces a charge for violation of Section 5 of the Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004.
Officers from the Ibajay police station staged the arrest.
Tumbagahan was detained at the police station’s lockup facility./PN
