BACOLOD City – A man was arrested for illegal cockfighting in Barangay Malubon, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The 67-year-old resident Efren Reyes was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 4:25 p.m. on March 4, police said.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Sagay City police station.
A P30,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
